The equipment is applied to transmit materilas,whicn include different kinds of pure liquid,especilly liquid ,mixed with grape must or residue.
The working principle of LGB screw pump is as following.The screw shaped rotor and turnbuckle shaped stator do the relative movement and make the change of volume,which produce pressure to transmit materials.
LGB screw pump is corrosion resisitant.
The form of structure:LGB screw pump constitutes decelerator,feeding groove,screw-shaped pump body,rack,controlling box,wheel wheels etc.
The screw rotor feeding groove and racks are made of stainless steel.Stator of pump body is manufactured from silica gel.
The machine installs automatic system to control liquid level,has safety functions,such as avoidig bearing race rotation,etc.
